Saeen Muhammad Ali Baloch (RA) belonged to the Sathli Baloch tribe from Iran. Their tribe lived in the Iranian part of Baluchistan, the “Koh Zanda” in an area called “Dar Ahog”. Later, this tribe went on to settle in the “Kunri” village of Sindh. Saeen Muhammad Ali was born on 16th October 1952. He spent his childhood in Kunri village. He obtained primary education from Kot Ghulam Muhammad and obtained the certificate of matriculation from then Qazi Sultan Momin High School, Kunri. He then cleared the intermediate examination from Shah Abdul Latif College, Mirpurkhas. Just like Allah Almighty chooses people for specific tasks based on their abilities and capabilities, Saeen Muhammad Ali Baloch (RA) was chosen for spiritual work right in his teenage. When he was studying in College in Mirpurkhas, the Qalandar of that time, Saeen Ahmed Ali Qureshi (RA) was serving there as a teacher. Although Saeen Ahmad Ali Qureshi (RA) had immediately selected him as his spiritual student, he did not disclose this to him as he (Saeen Muhammad Ali) had yet to obtain basic spiritual training and wisdom.
